Project background
The project began in 2022, when Traveltek needed a dedicated software engineer from a credible offshore IT staffing company to assist them with the requirements of a rapidly developing project due to increased clients.
Traveltek had following requirements to their development partner:
- Hire Backend Python developer and Python Team Lead within a week
- Hire React developer and another Python developer within the next 2 weeks
- Good communication skills of developers
- Strong English
Our solution
Our main focus was to create a team that helped Traveltek to focus on agility and adapting to new ways of working for their customers. We had a pool of candidates and could staff everyone within a deadline. We also provided a free trial onboarding week as a sign of our goodwill.
Our work with AWS was a step change for business patterns to improving scalability, security and stability for their customers end travellers and to improve service and internal processes.
